The AI assistant is a chat helper that answers questions straight away, at any time of day.
Where it appears
- On the Asaan School website, as the Support Center
- On a school's own public website
- Inside the school console and the student and teacher portals
What it does
It answers from a knowledge base about the system and about your school. When it cannot help, it can pass the question on to a person by opening a support ticket.
For school admins
A separate, optional Admin Assistant can also look things up for the school admin inside the console.
The assistant is switched on per school. Ask us if you would like it enabled.
