The trial
A new school starts with a 30-day trial. Every feature is unlocked, for up to 300 students and 15 teachers.
Your package
Open Website > Subscription & Package in the school console to see:
- your current package and when it ends
- how many students, teachers and campuses it allows
- your invoices, each of which can be printed
Renewing
Renew from the same page. An invoice is created for you, and online payment is offered there when available.
If it runs out
When a trial or package ends there is a grace period of 10 days in which the portal keeps working. After that the portal is locked to the renewal screen until you renew. Your data is kept.
